E-Library USA, Inc. established in 2011 is an active California Corporation in the business of providing electronic tools to its world-wide member community, consisting of health care, science, technology and medical doctors, health professionals, researchers.
E-Library USA, Inc.’s overall mission is to become the leader in providing pragmatic and innovative solutions to meet member's evolving information needs. ​Our services are to help members advance their research and inspire their works, help find collaborators, promote their research, track influences and more.​
Our partnership, EBSCO offers a powerful research platform, EBSCO Discovery Service, EBSCO Medline Ultimate, and EBSCO Cinahl Ultimate which were only available for institutions, can be accessed by individuals at a low cost.
With Discovery Service and extensive database of materials, you'll be able to complete your research quickly and efficiently. Plus, with our AZ-List, single-sign on feature, and all other partnered publishers, you'll be able to access all of your subscriptions from one convenient location.

Why we create this community?
Here are the words from the special committee of the government that motivated us:
"To fundamentally overcome the current crisis in academic communication, symbolized by the soaring prices of academic journals, we must transform the current system dominated by large commercial publishers. To achieve this, we must take academic journal publication back from major publishers and create a new, independent model of academic communication led by researchers."
'Independence' is the key word.
We aim to build a space where independence and collaboration come together to transform the system, and that’s my wish.
